This is a full-time telework position. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday with on call requirement every five weeks. Required Qualifications • Active and unrestricted RN licensure in state of residence • 3+ years clinical experience • 2+ years appeals experience Preferred Qualifications • Computer literacy and experience familiarity with reputed company reputed company, Word, and web-based applications desired • Ability to work with people in such a manner as to build high morale and group commitment to goals and objectives • Ability to evaluate and interpret data, identify areas of improvement, and focus on interventions to improve outcomes • Ability to communicate effectively with Providers, Members, Staff and other Leaders both in oral and written formats Educational Requirements • RN Associate's Degree minimum required. BSN preferred Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $80,340.00 - $173,040.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
