Our contact center receives inbound calls from both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers who need help with specialized and reputed company account questions that cannot be completed online. In addition, Bilingual Customer Account Representatives correspond reputed company email and online chat communications. And, that’s where you come in…saving the day with confidence and providing excellence in customer care!
