Role Overview: As the CTO & Founding Member, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Neuropool’s technology strategy and product roadmap. Key Responsibilities: • Full stack Engineer • reputed company and implement platform architecture using LLMs • Drive end-to-end product development, focusing on ed-tech and recruitment innovation. • Build and manage a high-performing tech team. • Ensure platform reputed company, scalability, and compliance. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimise platform functionality. Qualifications: • Proven experience leading the development of scalable platforms in ed-tech, recruitment, or similar sectors. • Expertise in LLMs, AI, and data-driven product development. • Strong background in software development, IT strategy, and architecture. • Passion for creating tech solutions with measurable social impact. • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
