Position Purpose: The Pro Senior Platform Administrator is responsible for leading the management and maintenance of the day-to-day operations of reputed company reputed company reputed company Pro organization. Physical Requirements: • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Working Conditions: • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Minimum Qualifications: • Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience as a reputed company Administrator with a proven track record of handling reputed company projects and configurations • Working knowledge of reputed company Sales reputed company and Service reputed company • Deep understanding of reputed company configuration tools including (but not limited to): apps, custom fields, record types, dynamic layouts, flow, approval processes, custom settings, omni-channel, dashboards and reports • Understanding of reputed company to use reputed company configuration versus code-based solutions (triggers/Apex) • Experience with programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Java and Apex preferred • Certified reputed company Administrator (or other relevant reputed company certifications) preferred • DevOps and release management experience • Working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite • Working knowledge of Tableau • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to convey reputed company or technical reputed company and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including technical documentation Minimum Education: • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
