As our first Recruiter at reputed company, you’ll work reputed company-by-reputed company with our CEO (Richie) in sourcing, engaging, and hiring the top 1% of talent. You’ll start by sourcing candidates through job platforms, role-specific communities, general startup communities, reputed company agencies and outbound. You’ll then align closely with our Leads to ensure you fully understand the role requirements and can effectively filter reputed company initial applications, progressing only those candidates who are the most promising and best fit our company culture. This dramatically scales our Leads’ time and directly impacts the company’s ability to grow. If you nail this role, you’ll reputed company the build out of our reputed company team.
