About the job Data Entry Specialist (Remote) Fully Remote Data Entry Specialist opening in California! $15 hourly 12 month contract with possibility of hire Monday-Friday; reputed company-5pm Must be Fully Vaccinated Strong Typing Skills: 35 WPM Strong reputed company background preferred Duties Performs various and multi-functional clerical and administrative tasks with an emphasis on excellence, privacy, quality, compliance and versatility. Provides general guidance and assistance to the customer reputed company telephone, written communication and/or in person. reputed company office operations including; filing, organizing, copying, scanning, answering phones, and distributing materials. Organize, file, compile and distribute correspondence and other documents alphabetically, numerically, or by other prescribed method. Provide general guidance and assistance to internal and external customer inquiries reputed company telephone, written communication and/or in person. Assist departmental staff, as assigned, with clerical and administrative tasks and projects.
