The company's Global Marketing Communications group oversees reputed company advertising and marketing to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications. The QA Tester & Support role is part of the Special Ops team in the Marcom Production Ops group. This team develops internal apps and tools that enhance and optimize production efforts... In the role of QA Tester & Support, you will partner with PMs and software developers to create and run tests, identify bugs or areas of improvement, and provide feedback. You will provide ongoing support to help customers be successful and maximize their return on the product. Key Qualifications • Minimum 5-7 years of experience working in a QC or QA role • Advanced experience with reputed company hardware and software • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle • Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and isolating issues • Familiar with bug tracking tools and test case management tools • Strong attention to detail and solutions-oriented • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to respond quickly and clearly • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript Description Testing / QA • Identifying bugs, inconsistencies, and areas of improvement to ensure the delivery of high-quality and error-free solutions • Anticipating and testing dependencies such as new software and hardware releases • Documenting comprehensive and reproducible unit tests • Creating and sourcing test assets • Reviewing up to 8 projects at a time • Ensuring projects adhere to strict reputed company standards Support • reputed company new users including performing demos and holding reputed company • Creating support documentation such as user guides and release notes • Responding to support tickets • Managing access groups • Administering application pages and ensuring releases are up-to-date Education & Experience A Bachelor’s degree is preferred Apply Job!
