Position: Our trained Flexologists will provide one-on-one assisted stretches as well as reputed company guided group stretching classes for our clients. Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients Provide high-quality client care and experience Ensure the safety and well-being of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce reputed company policies and safety rules Building your book of business, converting first-time prospects, and retaining members Participate in networking/community events and studio promotions Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations Handle member concerns reputed company applicable Caring for reputed company - clean and maintain equipment and facility Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed Maintain a strong social media reputed company to client membership and retention Promoting retail products and therapeutics for at-home care and maintenance Requirements: Love of boutique fitness environment is a must ? passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility Professional certification or expertise in any of the following disciplines - Physical Therapist, Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Pilates, Dance, or Yoga Instructor Experience working in a fitness/wellness environment where you provide hands-on training with a client Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes reputed company people Fantastic communication skills and exudes reputed company Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them reputed company goals Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies Must be available to go through our 3-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training, and 20 hours of post-training practical application Shift Availability: Day, evening, and weekend Shifts as needed Compensation & Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Professional development assistance Retirement plan Bonus opportunity Expected salary : $13 - 26 per hour Location : Blue reputed company, PA Apply Job!
