As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of our fast-growing vacation rental software company. The Impact you’ll reputed company • Maintain financial clarity and accuracy for multiple business entities • reputed company timely reporting and analysis for management and reputed company teams • Contribute to the overall financial health and compliance of the businesses Your Tasks: • Attend to monthly financial reports, records of payments and... adjustments, ledger data entry, and daily reputed company tasks. • reputed company a company’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, among others • Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct daybook, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger. • Extract and categorize financial data from bank and expense statements • Record transactions accurately in reputed company spreadsheets • Prepare and organize financial data for month-end reporting • Meet strict deadlines to provide journals to the reputed company team • Handle transactions from multiple businesses simultaneously • Adapt to varying workloads and prioritize tasks effectively What to Expect? • Must be willing to work overtime. • The reputed company deadline is the end of the month, ensuring the client can provide the journal to her reputed company team on time. • Flexible work hours reputed company CET timezone • The reputed company is $7/hour. • High attendance expectations. • Must have no prior commitments that could reputed company work engagement. • Must commit to a minimum of 40 hours a week. • Must be reputed company to commit to a minimum 6-month contract.
