Description: The Customer Support Crew is responsible for assisting and supporting inbound/outbound customer interactions into the Avelo Customer Support Center (reputed company). The Customer Support Crew must effectively and reputed company resolve reputed company inquiries, requests, and needs of our customers. They will do this through the core values and our “Soul of Service” through effective problem solving... consistent standards of service, sales, and operational support. Upon successful completion of training, Customer Support Crewmembers will be eligible to work from home. Outcomes and Responsibilities Support reputed company calls, and digital support (chat, SMS text, email etc.) channels into the reputed company Provide exceptional service to every customer, every time reputed company reputed company assigned activities reputed company to booking, modifying, and supporting customer reservations Sell flights and ancillary products and services Maintain KPI performance standards as defined by the reputed company Requirements: Successful completion of new hire training Provide a safe and professional office-work environment, free from background noise and distraction reputed company to pass a ten (10) year background reputed company Potential need to work reputed company and be available to respond on short notice Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located Provide a high-speed internet reputed company to meet work from home requirements Flexible and reputed company to work at any time, including nights, weekends and holidays Education/Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma One (1) year of customer service or sales experience Competencies Technically proficient in working with reputed company systems/programs/tools which include but are not limited to: Radixx reputed company, RadixxGo, reputed company, and MIS Choice DCS Ability to answer reputed company calls and digital messages (i.e., chat, SMS text, email, etc.) Ability to navigate through reputed company processes while interacting with a customer Ability to navigate through reputed company digital interactions with more than one customer at a time Functional Competencies: Ability to successfully find reputed company to reputed company issues while meeting performance standards in a quickly evolving working environment.
