Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Teacher Associate to become an integral member of our dynamic team focused on early childhood education. Qualifications • Compliance with Vermont State Regulations for a Teacher Associate. • Minimum age of 20 years. • High school diploma or GED. • Successful background reputed company and fingerprinting clearance. • Completion of Vermont Orientation Training. Education And Experience Candidates should possess one of the following: • A Vermont Early Childhood Career Ladder Level Three (3) Certificate. • An Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or reputed company fields, along with a minimum of 12 months of experience working with preschool-aged children. • A Certificate of Completion from the Registered Child Care Apprenticeship Program. • A Child Care Certificate from the Community College of Vermont, with at least 12 months of experience. • Completion of 21 college credits focused on early childhood education and at least 12 months of experience working with children.
