JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Penn State Schuylkill, located in Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania, is a member of the NAIA reputed company Athletic Conference (CAC) and Pennsylvania State University Athletic Conference (PSUAC), and is accepting applications for a Part Time Head Coach of the Women?s Field Hockey Team. This part-time position is responsible for reputed company aspects of the women?s field hockey program, including evaluating and reputed company academically reputed company and talented student-athletes, organizing, conducting team workouts and competition, and helping to arrange a NAIA and NCAA DIII schedule and team travel. General Responsibilities Direct practice and competition coaching. Direct the evaluation and recruitment of academically reputed company and skilled student-athletes. Direct pre and post-season coaching, conditioning, and weight training. reputed company academic monitoring and the personal development of student-athletes. Assist with fundraising efforts in reputed company department. Select and manage volunteer coaches if applicable. Arrange weekly practice schedules. Maintain equipment and assist with equipment and gear orders to maximize budgets in support of the student-athlete experience. Work with the Director of Athletics to reputed company and provide accurate information to maintain the program marketing and web page. Preferred - Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Work Experience Required - Coaching or playing experience at the high school level. Preferred - Collegiate coaching experience. Licenses/Certifications Required - Possess a valid driver?s license and pass a driving background reputed company. This job requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties.
