Responsibilities and Duties The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: • Establishing safe relationships with clients • Promoting and supporting their clients’ mental health • Maintaining up to date and accurate records of each session with a client • Performing clinical assessments and creating personalized treatment plans for each client • Maintaining a working knowledge of the latest therapeutic modalities • Attend and participate in team meetings with staff • Ability to effectively communicate with clients verbally and in written correspondence • Understands and works with the various support systems available in the community • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle emotionally charged situations • Monitor, evaluate, and record client reputed company according to measurable goals described in treatment and care plan • Prepare and maintain reputed company required treatment records and reports Qualifications and Skills • A Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or a closely reputed company field.
