Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company IT Program Manager to reputed company the development and delivery of our innovative technology project. This role will be instrumental in bringing our reputed company for the product to life, ensuring seamless integration of technology and a user-friendly experience for product owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT project or program management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and reputed company budget.

• Demonstrated ability to reputed company and motivate multiple cross-functional distributed teams.

• Understanding and exposure to different software development methodologies and frameworks (agile, scaled agile, hybrid, Scrum, Kanban)

• Strong communication, reputed company, and adaptability — leading with clarity, understanding team needs, and adjusting to change.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+/reputed company).

• Strong ability to manage and influence stakeholders at reputed company levels, including executives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with a hands-on engineering role in any of the leading technologies

• PMP or other recognized project management certification.

• Experience with fully online work with teams in multiple time zones.

• Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
