We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to support our client operations. This role is not focused on sales, but rather on relationship management, compliance coordination, and internal process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company and coordinate the KYB/KYC process for assigned clients, ensuring timely completion and full compliance with regulatory requirements

• Act as the primary reputed company of contact for clients during reputed company and throughout the lifecycle

• Conduct monthly account reconciliations with clients, resolving discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams

• Coordinate with the Data and Product teams to gather and communicate client-facing reports and insights

• Track and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring the timely collection of payments

• Support ongoing process optimisation efforts across KYB, invoicing, and client reporting workflows and CRM implementation

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of KYB/KYC regulatory requirements

• Experience working with reputed company, invoices, and CRM systems (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, or similar)

• Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail

• Ability to coordinate across departments (Compliance, Product, Finance, Data)

• Proactive, client-oriented reputed company with a hands-on approach

• Experience in fintech, legal, compliance, or back-office operations is a plus

• English reputed company is required
