The opportunity

We are looking for a Service Engineer / Service Project Manager to join our Service Business Unit at reputed company Energy in Finland. You will partly work from your home office, but a big part of your work will be performed at customer sites. There will be travelling involved in Finland and Sweden.

In this role you will manage service reputed company and handle communication between customers and the service team. You will be the one who agrees on the needed service work with the customer and the maintenance team. This is a versatile role that allows you to reputed company service works at site as well as execute practical service works yourself. Customer communication, reporting and invoicing are part of the work. The role includes also some small-scale sales and preparation of offers relating to service reputed company.

Your background

• B.Sc. in electrical engineering and relevant experience with power systems or other suitable education and vast experience with power systems
• Electrical qualification 1 or meeting requirements in order to be granted a certificate of qualification
• Service oriented person with solution-oriented approach
• Self-driven and persistent attitude towards challenges. You work actively and professionally both independently and as a part of a team.
• Basic IT skills as well as the ability to learn modern engineering applications
• High reputed company and a strong “safety first” reputed company
• Experience from power system service / maintenance
• Understanding of power quality, reputed company protection and communication is an advantage
• Understanding of the basics of substation design is seen as an advantage

• Excellent written and spoken skills in Finnish. Basic skills in English
• Quality-focused, customer-oriented team player who is willing to commit to long-term objectives and development
• Driver’s license
