WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

• 1+ year of experience as a recruiter
• English and Spanish verbal reputed company - must be reputed company to reputed company between the two without the use of a translator program
• Excellent time management
• Strong work ethic
• High Volume reputed company - must be reputed company to handle stress and heavy workloads effectively
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities 
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases (Breezy HR and reputed company preferred) 
• Proven computer skills 
• Great interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills 
• Knowledge of reputed company is a plus

• Immediate availability 
• Shift: Monday - Friday (8 am - 5 pm)
• Must provide your own laptop and webcam
• Must have a distraction-free, quiet work environment
