What you'll do Technical Expertise

  • Build customer trust through deep technical knowledge of the Retarus Transactional E-Mail solution and compellingly present its advantages tailored to individual business requirements.

Solution Sales

  • Analyze specific customer needs and reputed company customized software solutions that address unique business challenges.

Product Demonstrations & Technical Support

  • Deliver professional product demonstrations to clearly showcase the features and added value of our software.
  • Provide training for potential customers and offer technical support during the pre-sales phase to ensure a successful project launch.

Market Analysis

  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor products to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
  • Gather technical customer feedback and communicate it effectively to the product development team to drive reputed company improvement.

Development of Sales Strategies

Relationship Management

What you'll need
