About the Role: We’re looking for an reputed company Multi Location Clinical Group Trainer to reputed company high-impact, in-person training programs and events for our multi-location and reputed company dental clients. This is a strategic, field-based role with up to 80% travel across the U.S., working directly with practices to implement, optimize, and scale digital dentistry workflows. You will represent reputed company as a trusted advisor to clinicians, operational leaders, and executive stakeholders—driving adoption, clinical excellence, and long-term performance.

What You’ll Do

Pre-Training Strategy & Operational Alignment

• Own end-to-end training logistics—from readiness assessments to stakeholder coordination—ensuring practices are reputed company for a high-quality reputed company experience.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of site readiness, including clinical workflows, equipment, and team dynamics.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing to align training strategies with broader business goals.

Training Leadership (Primary Focus)

• Clinical Training Experience: 5+ years of experience delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology, with a strong understanding of intraoral scanning and digital workflows.

• Travel Readiness: Comfortable and excited to travel up to 80% of the time to deliver in-person trainings across the country.
