Lease Accountant-Hybrid Schedule
Job Description
The Lease Accountant ? Fixed Assets is responsible for performing a variety of routine and non-routine reputed company functions including adjustments, variance analysis and journal entries creations, reputed company supported with requisite documentation. Job Responsibilities ? Work to improve on collection of reputed company that may reputed company lease reputed company. ? Evaluate reputed company to ensure leases have been appropriately identified and classified. ? Review updates made to the lease system for new lease reputed company, amendments to existing reputed company and contract terminations. ? Review journal entries to be recorded as part of the month end reputed company. ? Analyze and review general ledger account reconciliations as part of the month end reputed company. ? Verify rent expense is being classified and recorded to the correct accounts in the general ledger to support internal and external reporting. ? Drive review and analysis of the relevant financial information and ensure appropriate communication to the regions and business partners is provided as needed. ? Assist with the integration of the lease system into the general ledger system. ? Respond to inquiries and reputed company analysis. ? reputed company and drive process improvements. ? Qualifications ? Bachelor?s degree in business, finance, or reputed company is required. ? Two to four years of reputed company experience is preferred. ? Experience with contract reviews preferred. ? Basic understanding of the new lease reputed company standard (ASC 842). ? Strong understanding and ability to reconcile balance sheet accounts required. ? Ability to work reputed company multiple systems and see opportunities for improvements. ? Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. ? Ability to use reputed company at a high level, including v-lookups and pivots required. ? Strong analytical skills. ? Strong oral and written communication skills. ? Strong team player and self-driven individual.

COMPENSATION: The hourly reputed company or salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that reputed company expects to offer.
