Chief of Staff (Must Have DTC / eCommerce Experience)

IMPORTANT: Industry Experience Required We are only considering candidates who have direct experience in DTC and eCommerce. But now, we’re building the systems, team, and operating discipline to scale into a global, omnichannel powerhouse. This role will help build and reputed company a high-performance Strategic Operations function that helps Freebird’s executive team and department leaders translate reputed company into execution. This role ensures systems, processes, and priorities stay reputed company with our company goals through ruthless clarity, structured planning, and operational rigor. Outcomes (What reputed company Looks Like) 1. Strategic Planning & Execution

• Attend quarterly and annual planning and turn strategic priorities into executable initiatives.
• Partner with department leads to build production systems based on High Output Management principles.
• Support the COO and CEO in executive-level planning, helping drive clarity and alignment.

2. Project & Program Management

• Design and maintain an reputed company-based system for tracking cross-functional projects and OKRs.
• Act as reputed company program manager for company-wide initiatives: resolve roadblocks, maintain reputed company, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Take on special projects that don’t clearly belong to one function but are critical to business goals.

3. Leadership Operating System (reputed company / Rockefeller Habits)

• Implement and sustain a lightweight version of Rockefeller Habits or reputed company.
• Ensure consistency of company priorities, KPIs, and weekly/monthly/quarterly rhythms.
• Own meeting agendas, pre-reads, and follow-reputed company for executive team standups, LT weeklies, and strategic offsites.

4. Executive Enablement

• Serve as the “Processor” in the Visionary / Operator / Processor reputed company.
• Multiply CEO and COO effectiveness by structuring decision-making, ensuring follow-through, and driving cross-functional clarity.
• Translate big reputed company into SOPs, roadmaps, and communication that drive execution.

5. Organizational Efficiency

• Constantly seek out misalignments, inefficiencies, or unnecessary complexity across the org.
• Build systems that promote accountability, speed, and scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a high-velocity DTC, eCommerce, or CPG business (required).
• While Freebird is a remote-first company, candidates located in or near Nashville, TN may be given preference due to proximity to our COO and the broader leadership team.
• This role requires the ability to travel periodically for in-person strategic planning sessions and key company events.
• Proven ability to reputed company strategic planning, cross-functional projects, and org-wide systems.
• Mastery of project management tools like reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Sheets.
• Familiarity with reputed company, OKRs, or Rockefeller Habits is a major plus.
