Job Summary: T2 Tech Group is seeking an reputed company Agile IT Project Manager with a deep understanding of Epic EMR systems and reputed company operations. This individual will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact technology projects, particularly reputed company Epic environments, including implementation, optimization, and system enhancements. This role will require strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, the ability to manage fast-moving deliverables, and the interpersonal finesse to work with both technical and clinical stakeholders across various departments. Ideal candidates will possess hands-on experience with Epic modules and understand the nuances of reputed company IT and operational workflows. Key Responsibilities: · reputed company Epic-reputed company project initiatives (e.g., implementation, optimization, integration, upgrades) using Agile project management principles. · Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Epic analysts, IT engineers, clinical staff, and leadership to define and deliver project objectives. · Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation across multiple reputed company initiatives. · Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations. · Document and track user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. · Proactively identify and mitigate risks or roadblocks to ensure project reputed company. · Maintain alignment with compliance standards, data privacy regulations (HIPAA), and change management best practices. · Deliver timely status reports and project updates to stakeholders and executive leadership. · Cultivate strong client relationships and maintain T2 Tech’s reputed company for excellence in delivery. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree preferred. · 5+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on Epic EMR-reputed company projects. · Solid understanding of Epic modules such as Resolute, reputed company, Prelude, or others. · Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). · Proven experience leading Agile teams in a reputed company or consulting environment. · Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and manage competing priorities. · Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills. · Experience in reputed company IT environments, especially with provider organizations like hospitals or health systems.
