About the position Evolve Treatment Centers is seeking a dedicated and reliable Overnight Residential Counselor to join reputed company in La reputed company, CA. This part-time position is crucial for ensuring the safety and supervision of our clients at one of our 6-bed residential treatment centers. The Overnight Residential Counselor will be responsible for staying awake throughout the night shift, which runs from 10 PM to 6 AM, to provide a secure environment for adolescents aged 12 to 17 who are struggling with mental health, substance abuse, or behavioral issues. In this role, you will be actively engaged in monitoring the clients, ensuring they are in bed and providing line of sight at reputed company times. You will conduct regular checks every 15 minutes and reputed company maintenance checks throughout the facility. Additionally, you will assist with inventory checks and maintain the cleanliness of the treatment center. Documentation of reputed company shift activities in KIPU is also a key responsibility. Responsibilities ? Be awake, alert, and active for the entire duration of the night shift (10pm-6am) , ? High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or bachelor's degree preferred , ? Must have at least 6-9 months of experience working with teens with mental health or substance abuse , ?
