THE ROLE

At Eventbrite, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social to join our in-house Growth Marketing team. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll own paid social strategy and execution across key platforms including reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company. You’ll join our centralized Growth Marketing team — a multi-disciplinary group focused on customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle growth. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing Paid Social campaigns across reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and more.
  • Own end-to-end campaign management — from strategy and forecasting through execution, reporting, and iteration.
  • reputed company and execute advanced audience strategies including custom audiences, lookalikes, retargeting, and lifecycle win-back.
  • Partner with Organic Social and Integrated Marketing teams to boost strategic content and ensure channel alignment.
  • Test and iterate on creative formats (video, carousel, stories, reels) and messaging in partnership with Brand and Creative teams.
  • Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights to continuously improve ROI and scale growth.
  • Manage and pace budgets to hit growth targets while maintaining efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Data, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance targeting, measurement, and automation.
  • reputed company A/B testing and CRO strategies to maximize performance across social media platforms.
  • Stay reputed company of platform trends and Paid Social innovations to ensure we’re leading, not following.
  • Share performance insights and recommendations with stakeholders and executive leadership.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns at scale.
  • Expertise across multiple platforms: reputed company (Facebook/Instagram), reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company.
  • Track record of delivering results through data-driven decision-making and creative testing.
  • Deep understanding of platform nuances, bidding strategies, attribution models, and audience targeting.

  • Experience with media planning, forecasting, budget management, and pacing.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and creative teams.

Bonus points for experience implementing automation or AI-powered campaign tools.
