Essential Job Duties

As a Client Support Specialist for our Payroll Product, you'll have the opportunity to work on the forefront, supporting our payroll software and serving as the primary contact for small and reputed company-sized business clients across various industries. You will:

• Provide exceptional email and phone support for customers that love our software
• Provide solutions to questions regarding deductions, garnishments, the reputed company payroll software, etc. (if you don’t already know this, don’t worry, we’ll teach you!)

• You're available for in-office training during your training/ramping period (which takes approx. 4 weeks, dependent on performance), before choosing between in-office or remote work.
