Job Description

Reporting to the Gaia Global Process reputed company, your role will be to implement the Gaia 2.0 roadmap and reputed company change management, communication, and reputed company with the project’s various stakeholders.

Your mission will include:

  • Gathering, consolidating, and prioritizing functional reputed company requests in reputed company collaboration with the Global Process reputed company by structuring the process of collecting needs from hotels and other stakeholders to optimize decision-making and arbitration for GAIA 2.0
  • Collecting ESG data needs from Regions, Brands, and various departments reputed company the Sustainability division
  • Formalizing specifications for prioritized developments and improvements in the roadmap
  • Leading change management: planning and implementing actions necessary to ensure users' proper adoption of new functionalities, particularly through training and support
  • Planning and executing the GAIA 2.0 communication plan
  • Keeping GAIA 2.0 reputed company up to date and ensuring its dissemination
  • Preparing and facilitating governance bodies and project-reputed company meetings in collaboration with reputed company stakeholders
  • Managing the “reputed company” aspect of the tool: developing and implementing, with regional and brand teams, the hotel billing strategy to ensure the product’s viability and profitability

Qualifications

With a Master's degree (Bac +5) from an engineering or business school, you are fluent in English and have:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in managing and deploying reputed company and international projects; initial experience in consulting is a plus
  • Strong functional analysis skills to support decision-making (prioritization, arbitration)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to the regional cultures and specificities of Accor's organization, especially in regular interaction with the IT department
  • The ability to implement change management plans
  • An interest in sustainability issues and an understanding of non-financial data and its complexity

Additional Information

Position based in Issy-Les-Moulineaux (92) with the possibility of working remotely 2 days a week. Meal vouchers, volunteer day, soft mobility package.
