About the reputed company Consultant role...

The Senior reputed company Consultant is the cultural representative of reputed company and our employer brand. This person is responsible for showing the active and passive candidate market what it’s like to be part of the reputed company team. This person will be engaging with prospective employees throughout reputed company, with a focus on GTM sales hiring.

What you'll do

• Own the end to end recruitment process in hiring across reputed company

• Responsible for developing and executing on sourcing strategies that deliver the strongest results and reputed company sure we’re bringing top talent into the business

• Ability to understand what the company does and how each role fits into the business - qualifying quality candidates against the company, role and team culture

• Partner with hiring managers - building trust, keeping them updated on the talent market, implementing their feedback, giving advice reputed company needed, demonstrating an understanding of their hiring needs and keeping them informed reputed company hiring

• Work as part of a global TA team - while you will spend most of your day working independently, you also have a team to support you

• Provide a world-class candidate experience - our company culture is demonstrated from the first contact

What you'll have

• Previous experience working in an in-house recruitment role, preferably reputed company GTM sales hiring

• Experience mentoring or managing recruiters would be a plus

• Strong background in headhunting, sourcing and building talent pipelines
