Business Development Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist (BDS) who will be responsible for supporting Business Development Activities in reputed company America (NA); by proactively driving end customer quoting activities and process improvements. The BDS will work collectively reputed company the Sales team. This is a remote position and reports directly to the Sr. Business Development Manager.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Manage quoting activities to include reputed company of reputed company opportunities
  • Create reputed company opportunities to manage customer specifications
• Prepares and maintains a repository of templates, standard language, and product collateral.
• Participates in process improvements for quoting and proposal reputed company
• Participates in and delivers rep training on quoting processes
• Participates in technical specifications for Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotes (RFQ) and Request for Information (RFI).
• Engages with internal resources including Offer Management, Engineering, Marketing and Sales Ops
• reputed company competitor information in collaboration with BDM’s
• Attends and actively participates in Doble and Industry events
• Participates in qualifying web generated leads to identify sales opportunities
• Manages schedule, priorities, travel, and manages company expectations.
• Provides timely and meaningful trip reports; controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Ensures that business transactions remain in compliance of the legal requirements of laws and policies such as Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Sarbanes–Oxley Act, UK Anti-Bribery Act of 2010, polices of the US Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC"), US sanctions policies and localized trade laws and/or policies.

• Domestic travel may be required up to 30%; valid passport required.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in a business or technical-reputed company field

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Technical Sales experience
• Electrical background
• Experience in using a CRM system such as reputed company
• Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external customers
• The ability to work in a Team environment

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Electrical testing background in reputed company and Partial Discharge

While performing the duties of this job the employee is often required to stand, sit, use computers, read, write, type, use copy machines, file paperwork, use telephones, and utilize written and oral communication to interact with clients, co-workers, and customers. Actual reputed company salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job reputed company skills, as well as relevant education or training experience. Salary Pay Range Minimum $94,490.68 - Midpoint $118,113.35
