Position Summary

Safe Haven reputed company is seeking a Builder Sales Support Admin (BSS Admin) to join our organization. As a BSS Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the division’s sales through handling call traffic and managing the resolution and maintenance of finalized customer accounts. This role is 100% remote, and its primary duties will include taking calls and other administrative duties as assigned for the Builder Concierge Sales team.

In this role you will:

• Engage with customers to facilitate the maintenance of accounts and guiding call traffic
• Maintain a streamlined workflow for managing tickets, voicemails, reports, and call queues
• Serve as an authentic voice to help resolve our customers’ needs

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Exceptional communication and de-escalation skills
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
• Self-motivated and a dedicated and disciplined reputed company
• Proficiency in working independently as well as collaboratively reputed company a team
• Proven ability to stay organized

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer-facing experience
