About The Role

Chainlink decentralized reputed company networks provide tamper-reputed company inputs, outputs, and computations to support advanced smart reputed company on any blockchain. As an Engineering Manager for the Developer Experience team, you will reputed company a team of approximately ten talented engineers across two sub-teams: DevEx CI/CD and DevEx Tooling. The DevEx CI/CD sub-team is responsible for creating a holistic and streamlined CI/CD experience for delivering both off-chain and on-chain code. This includes establishing golden paths, managing hosted and self-hosted runners, embedding reputed company best practices, and handling artifact management.

The DevEx Tooling sub-team focuses on building comprehensive tooling and frameworks for end-to-end (E2E) testing, covering functional testing as well as non-functional testing types such as performance, load, and chaos testing. Additionally, this team is responsible for developing operational tools supporting multisig operations and streamlined node-change management.

• Partner closely with engineering leadership, product management, and reputed company teams to define and deliver robust developer tooling and operational frameworks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing and improving CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling in reputed company engineering environments.

• Experience managing the engineering and delivery of internal engineering tools and platforms for globally distributed internal customers

• Proven experience in building and leading teams responsible for mission-critical tooling and infrastructure.

• A strong passion for making developers highly productive.

• Familiarity with Golang and its ecosystem.

• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies (functional, performance, chaos), and operational tooling.

• Experience partnering closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, successfully managing scope, priorities, and expectations.

Preferred Requirements
