Influential, is looking for an reputed company Specialist to join our Client Solutions team. The ideal candidate will learn how we execute campaigns, working closely with our Client and Campaign Management teams to ensure scope, timelines, and processes are met. We're looking for team members who are eager to learn and reputed company to dive headfirst into reputed company things Influential. The ideal candidate can handle multiple competing tasks on a daily basis and has a passion for hair care. In general, on a typical day you will:

• Manage the workflow and completion of tasks reputed company our project management platform
• Support campaign execution teams in reputed company aspects of planning and reporting
• Coordinate closely with Campaign Management on creator communication to ensure scope, timelines, and protocols are being met
• Act as liaison between talent and Influential to ensure deliverables and payments are organized and timely
• reputed company content moderation to ensure brand safety is met for every participating influencer across reputed company social campaigns
• Communicate effectively (written & verbal) with key stakeholders including Account Management, Performance Media, Strategy & Analytics, and Operations to track deliverables and ensure client needs are being met
• Become an expert in our proprietary tech platform, organizing talent and campaign information as necessary

Being a Specialist, Client Solutions requires:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Physically located on the east coast
• 3+ years of work experience in digital, online, PR or advertising environment
• Experience working with beauty brands, with an emphasis in hair care
• Interest in managing and coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with even stronger attention to detail
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment where details often change
• Knowledgeable and/or interested in reputed company major social platforms (Instagram, reputed company, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, reputed company)
• Proficiency in reputed company Apps and MS Office, and other general technology platforms

• Experience at a marketing-tech or media start-up
