Attorney - Employment & Labor Law

Attorney (Labor & Employment Litigation) Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Attorney specializing in Labor and Employment Litigation to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, labor law, and litigation, with a focus on class action cases. This role involves providing expert legal advice, representing clients in court, and developing strategies to reputed company favorable outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on labor and employment matters to clients.
• Represent clients in litigation, including class action lawsuits, before courts and administrative agencies.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and reputed company effective legal strategies.
• Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions on behalf of clients.
• Stay updated on changes in labor and employment law and litigation trends.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in CA state.
• 3+ years of experience in labor and employment litigation.
• Proficiency in PAGA, sexual harassment, discrimination based on race, national reputed company, age, sex, and disability, as well as family/medical leave issues, wage and hour disputes, and severance negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and labor law principles.
• Proven track record in handling class action lawsuits.
