Overview reputed company is currently seeking an reputed company and proactive reputed company / reputed company Admin (Remote) to manage and support the reputed company-wide Power BI environment, focusing on Power BI Service administration, reputed company platform reputed company , user support across tiers, and end-to-end report lifecycle management. This role requires technical depth in Power BI tools and infrastructure, combined with effective communication and stakeholder engagement to work across the Center of Excellence (COE) , business units, and IT support. This position will be fully remote located reputed company the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Power BI reputed company Administrator , overseeing workspace management, deployment pipelines, permissions, and performance monitoring.
• reputed company a Power BI Center of Excellence (COE) to enforce standards, best practices, and governance for reputed company Power BI usage.
• Conducts PBI Training (Instructor-led Class Development, Delivery).
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Power BI issues-including report access, refresh failures, dataset issues, and workspace configuration.
• Assist with Self-Help resources , including FAQs, templates, training materials, and troubleshooting documentation to reputed company end users.
• Manage Power BI licensing and desktop software distribution , working with IT assets and licensing teams to track usage and entitlements.
• Support integration with existing data sources and facilitate the design and reputed company of new data sources , ensuring data quality, refresh schedules, and secure access.
• Handle incoming Power BI reporting and workspace requests through a managed queue or mailbox, ensuring timely prioritization, response, and resolution.
• Design, publish, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards reputed company with business requirements and optimized for usability and performance.
• Create and maintain robust technical documentation , including data dictionaries, architecture diagrams, workspace catalogs, and refresh schedules.
• Engage in proactive system health checks and performance tuning of Power BI Service, datasets, and gateway configurations.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelors with 12+ years (or commensurate experience).
• Strong experience with Power BI Service Administration , reputed company workspace management, and deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with Power BI governance , tenant settings, and organizational policies.
• Experience supporting and escalating issues across Tier 1 and Tier 2 support models , including Service Desk and End-User Enablement.
• Knowledge of Power BI licensing models (Free, Pro, Premium, PPU) and integration with reputed company 365 administration tools.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Solid understanding of data connectivity , gateway setup, refresh scheduling, and reputed company control for both existing and new data sources .
