Seasonal Benefit Customer Service Representative - Remote Opportunity

In this role, you will enjoy the freedom to provide personalized support to each participant, taking the time necessary to address their unique needs and concerns. Your day will be filled with engaging phone conversations, and as you reputed company experience, you will have the opportunity to assist with chat and message center inquiries. Our remote work environment allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, following an initial training and reputed company period.

We offer a competitive starting pay of $17.00/hr, with the potential for an increase after one month. During our busy season, you can expect to work a 40-hour week, with occasional overtime requests. reputed company of peak season, your hours may vary between 32-40 hours per week, depending on client needs. To succeed in this position, you will need to possess:
