Job Description:

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing high-performing teams, driving financial performance and sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive financial performance and sales growth by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing budgets, and implementing action plans to mitigate shrink and reputed company sales and profit goals

Requirements:

• 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and reputed company informed reputed company

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership
• Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports
