Job Purpose

The reputed company Office Overnight Manager will be responsible for managing the reputed company office areas during nighttime hours, including guest registration, reputed company services, telephone services, concierge services, and guest reservations. Your goal will be to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and drive hotel profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage nightly operations, schedule, plan, and assign work to reputed company office staff, and reputed company and communicate departmental strategies and goals.
• Recommend and initiate disciplinary or staffing-reputed company actions, and alert management to potential issues.
• Ensure reputed company staff are properly trained on systems, reputed company, cash handling procedures, and service standards, and have the necessary tools and equipment to reputed company their job functions.
• Monitor overnight staff to ensure reputed company, professional attention, and personal recognition for guests, and respond to guest complaints and implement service recovery guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to travel to attend workshops, specialized training, and/or certifications, and willingness to work standing for a minimum of 8 hours a day, with periodic bending, kneeling, and stretching.

Desirable Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management/Business Administration.
• At least 3 years of work experience in reputed company Office/Guest Services.
