Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned leader with a strong analytical background, exceptional business judgment, and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams. As our Senior Manager of Forecasting, you will be responsible for creating and delivering accurate contact forecasts, developing comprehensive global reputed company planning solutions, and driving strategic initiatives to improve customer service quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company a team of analysts and managers across multiple countries to reputed company short-term and long-term contact forecasts using various forecasting techniques

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a reputed company field
• 10+ years of experience in Forecasting/Planning, with a strong background in analytical techniques and data analysis
• Experience managing a team of analytic professionals, including hiring, development, and performance management
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to share reputed company findings in an understandable and actionable manner
• Strong initiative, team leadership, project management, and quantitative skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other business/analytical disciplines
• Experience in forecasting, time-series, and multivariate regression
