Job Summary: As a Customer Support & Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries, resolving problems in a timely manner, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless customer experiences and contribute to the reputed company of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service inquiries reputed company telephone, email, or other channels
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
