ER & HR Compliance sits reputed company HR Consulting & Talent Management and collaborates frequently with the HR Business Partners and the People Services team. Core Accountabilities & Job Requirements Own and reputed company components of an evolving HR Compliance strategy, providing reputed company and driving accountability to ensure compliance with HR-reputed company federal, state and local laws/regulations Maintain awareness of new HR-reputed company legislation (nationally), engage and partner closely with Law and the right HR COEs to reputed company or facilitate timely implementation reputed company and execute various external regulatory reports/filings, including associated with EEOC, Affirmative Action and OFCCP Conduct proactive audits of HR processes and regulatory requirements.
