As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in executing the organization’s strategy initiatives for Medical Pharmacy and support Network Management with external questions on Medical Pharmacy. You will reputed company your expertise to provide reputed company to the Network Management Team on Medical Pharmacy policy and pricing. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help assist with the prioritization of the Medical Pharmacy strategy and program implementation. Job Will Include

• Support the with cross-functional teams and assist with the prioritization of the Medical Pharmacy strategy and program implementation.
• Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives reputed company with the organization’s goals, utilizing data analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform key decision-making and positioning strategies.
• Assist with establishing Market Rates for Medical Pharmacy Products on a quarterly basis to ensure consistency in the organizational pricing.
• Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in project management, strategy, or a reputed company field.
• Experience with Medical Pharmacy products and reputed company product trends.
• Strong execution and delivery skills, including planning, implementation, and support.
• Experience in business intelligence, data-driven decision-making, and analytical problem-solving.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong relationships.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding the Pharmacy landscape and pricing.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of professional work experience and education.

Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $67,900.00 - $199,144.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
