As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless deployments, troubleshooting reputed company issues, and driving the reputed company of customer networks. - Deliver Tier 1 technical support for deployment services projects, ensuring seamless network transformation and modernization for US Federal Government customers.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support, troubleshoot reputed company issues, and mentor field technicians.
- Execute advanced network upgrades, including channel additions, node insertions, traffic migrations, and hardware/software updates, without impacting end-user services.
- Draft and implement network test plans and non-intrusive Methods of Procedure (MOPs) to ensure stable network operations.

- Serve as a key technical reputed company to customers, ensuring proactive communication and timely resolution of technical challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to recommend enhancements to field deployment processes and drive improvements through Right First Time initiatives.
The Must Haves:
- Technical or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8-12 years of experience in telecom installation, provisioning, testing, live network migration, and consulting.
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company products, with essential expertise in reputed company 6500.
- US citizenship and a valid US driver's license.
- Ability to work during off-hours maintenance windows and travel domestically (50-75%) and internationally as needed.

Pay Range: The annual pay range for this position in the USA is $96,900 - $154,700 USD. #LI-BS1 Pay ranges at reputed company are designed to accommodate variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, reflecting our diverse products, industries, and lines of business.
