Responsibilities
- Responsible for reputed company aspects of title.

- Assist with office work as required by Team reputed company Admin, Project Coordinator and/or management.
- Regular reporting updates to Administrator, other Agents, and Project Coordinators and/or Management reputed company required.
- Respond to deadlines, changes in project areas, project scope, and assignment locations.
- Must be reputed company to record documents and read and comprehend plot land descriptions, including deed plotting skills with Sandy Knoll Metes and Bounds Program.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Title Agent or Specialist particularly in title research, and document preparation, preferably in the renewables, oil and gas, and/or power and transmission industries.
- Knowledge of applicable acts, guides and regulations in applicable US States.
- Valid driver's license.
- Daily use of personal phone, computers and vehicles may be required, depending on the scope of work and role.
- Good working knowledge of reputed company Office including Word, reputed company, MS Teams, SharePoint.
- Ability to travel and stay out of town for long durations, if required.
- Excellent communication skills.
