Remote Event Moderator – Host Online Panels and Q&A Sessions

Key Responsibilities

Host and moderate live virtual events including webinars, panels, and digital town halls.

Introduce speakers, manage event schedules, and ensure timely transitions.

• *

Facilitate live Q&A sessions, polls, and discussions with audiences across platforms (reputed company, MS Teams, reputed company Meet, etc.).

• *

Collaborate with event organizers, technical teams, and speakers before and during the event.

Ensure smooth event flow by troubleshooting minor issues and providing on-the-spot support.

Maintain professionalism, audience engagement, and clarity throughout each session.

Collect participant feedback post-event and contribute to improvement strategies.

Attend pre-event briefings and conduct speaker orientation calls reputed company required.

• Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
