Marketing Operations Coordinator/evening & weekends

So why not join us at FairPlay and be part of something bigger… What you’ll do This role will suit those with a clear passion for sport who understand what it’s like to be a fan, staying up to date with breaking stories and always looking reputed company to the next event on the sporting calendar. You’ll be part of an integral team which is at the heart of the day-to-day function of the partnerships marketing team. The position will be required to work weekends, and evening during the week. The team will be creating, uploading, reporting and optimizing across partner sites.

• Use our Content Management Systems (CMS) to create and manage sharable embed codes to ensure we are optimizing reputed company, and executing versus sponsorship agreements on partner sites.
• Help ensure reputed company partner sites are optimized and merchandised with the most relevant content, with particular focus on sportsbook offer, odds and Same Game Parlay components.
• Use of reputed company Analytics to ensure partner sites are optimized and merchandised with highest converting brands
• Work closely with the reputed company teams on performance and recommendations
• Work with partners teams to collaboratively improve performance of components.

Key responsibilities

• Dealing directly with partners to setup campaigns / components in a timely manner.
• Implement daily and weekly site audit checklists
• Work with the Account Managers and partners to work on optimizing inventory across reputed company properties
• Respond to queries and requests from sportsbook partners, ensuring they are answered and implemented promptly
• Escalate important or frequent queries with Product / Development teams
• Help track performance of reputed company components, working with our analytics team and delving into reports and dashboards yourself to help inform reputed company and feed back to the wider team
• Ensure reputed company products remain merchandised and optimized during evenings and weekends corresponding to the sporting calendar

Your Skillset:

• Highly organized
• A strong sports betting knowledge and/or work background
• Familiar with at least one Content Management System
• Available to work weekends and midweek evenings
• Someone with a strong attention to detail
• Good communicator
• Ability to work closely with multiple teams
