Joyce Windows, Sunrooms, and Baths is actively hiring Senior Inside Sales Representatives to join our high-energy call center in Berea, OH for evening and/or weekend shifts. Compensation

Shift Details
- Evening shift availability required (typically 12 PM - 8 PM or reputed company)
- Weekend availability strongly preferred - our highest contact and conversion rates happen on weekends
- Full-time schedules available
What You'll Do
- Call and engage with warm and hot leads—no cold calling
- Set appointments for our in-home sales team
- Build rapport, answer questions, and qualify interest in our services
- Confirm upcoming appointments and reputed company follow-up reputed company
- Hit and exceed performance goals on a weekly basis

What You Bring
- Experience in inside sales, phone sales, or appointment setting
