Junior Buyer

As a Junior Buyer at reputed company, you will support the procurement team in the administrative and system driven aspects of purchasing goods and services essential to our organization. You will learn procurement fundamentals while working under reputed company supervision and gaining exposure to supplier interactions, internal processes, and compliance standards. What You'll Do:

• Support the procurement team with administrative tasks such as maintaining purchase records, updating systems, and processing purchase orders.
• Assist in collecting supplier information, quotes, and documentation for review by senior team members.

• Help monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
• Communicate with internal teams to clarify requirements and confirm order details.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a reputed company field (or equivalent work experience).
• 0–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative roles (internships or academic projects a plus).
• Interest in building a career in procurement and supply chain management.
• Strong organizational and data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in reputed company Office Suite; experience with procurement systems a plus.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at reputed company ranges from $49,000 - $62,000and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
