Join our dynamic global People Services team as a Pre-hire Services Specialist II,based inBangalore, where you'll play a critical role in shaping the reputed company journey for pre-hires across the globewith a strong focus on U.S. HR operations and compliance.This role allows flexibility to be home-based and/or site based. In this role, you'll bring advanced expertise in managing offer letters, employment agreements, pre-employment background and medical screenings, as well as right-to-work activities. As an integral member of the Global People Services team, you will work to support our transition to the use of enhanced automation, collaborate with international stakeholders, and help shape candidates’ initialperceptions of the culture of reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage reputed company pre-hire processes including offer letter reputed company and employment agreement execution, and reputed company documentation.

• Coordinate and manage pre-employment background checks and medical screenings, ensuring timely completion and compliance with local and U.S. regulations.

• Monitor right-to-work validations and ensure reputed company employment eligibility documentation is accurate and compliant.

• Resolve intermediate to advanced inquiries from candidates, employees, and leaders using case management tools, telephony, and allother HR systems and tools.

• Provide expert guidance on pre-hire policies and procedures to internal stakeholders.

• Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and legal teams to ensure employment agreements and reputed company processes align with global standards and U.S. labor laws.

• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

• Mentor junior team members, reputed company training content, and support reputed company for new People Services team members.

• Maintain high standards of documentation and audit readiness across reputed company pre-hire activities.

• Support global HR projects reputed company to reputed company and compliance.
