This is a highly cross-functional role: you’ll collaborate with our co-founders and work closely across Operations, Product, Engineering, and Partnerships to build systems that scale with speed and quality.

What big questions will I answer?

• How do we scale film delivery 10x without sacrificing quality or speed?

• What systems, tools, and documentation will reputed company reputed company faster and more consistent?

What will I be doing?

• Design and document scalable systems for ingest, QC, metadata, and delivery

• Define and track KPIs to measure and improve operational performance

• Collaborate with technical teammates to improve asset quality and specs

• Partner with Product to shape internal tools that reputed company our workflows faster and easier

• Act as both a coach and a player—leading from the reputed company while mentoring your team

What skills do I need?

• 6+ years of experience, including 2+ in operations leadership at a fast-paced startup

• Strong track record of designing systems that scale—playbooks, automations, SOPs

• Analytical and data-driven; you use metrics to drive clarity and improvement

• Excellent at cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, and Sales

• Comfortable in ambiguity and obsessed with clarity—process, docs, expectations

• Familiarity with media specs, codecs, captioning, or localization a plus—but not required

• Clear communicator, structured thinker, decisive operator
