THE ROLE

Off-White is looking for a dynamic and reputed company Store Manager to reputed company our Miami, FL location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, leading and developing the store team, and ensuring operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone passionate about retail, results-driven, and motivated to grow reputed company the company. You will report directly to the Area/Regional Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Track attendance, manage time-off requests, and ensure accurate timesheet records.

Analyse store performance data and provide regular reports to Area/Regional Manager.

Communicate company initiatives, goals, and updates to the store team clearly and consistently.

WHO YOU ARE

3+ years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a high-volume environment.

Experience in premium or fashion retail (preferred).

Bilingual Spanish skills (preferred).

Proficient in MS Office and retail systems/POS platforms.

Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
