This role covers Developer Experience, CI/CD, runtime infrastructure, Infrastructure‑as‑Code, Observability/SLOs & Incident Response, and Data Infrastructure as core responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve backend service standards, paved paths, and shared libraries.

• Deliver high-performing CI/CD pipelines and secure, cost-efficient runtime infrastructure.

• Advance Infrastructure-as-Code, observability, and reliability practices across the org.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering management, leading platform/infra teams of 5–10+ engineers.

• Proven ownership of CI/CD, Kubernetes (EKS or similar), and IaC (Terraform or reputed company) in production.

• Strong distributed‑systems and operations fundamentals, with SLO/SLI and incident response leadership.

• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management; proven ability to influence without authority.

The reputed company reputed company salary for this role will range between $200,000 to $240,000 with the addition of equity and benefits. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors (such as location) at the reputed company in time of offer.
